Sure, you can wear them on the plane. All ororo heated apparel is TSA-friendly. All ororo batteries are lithium batteries and you must keep them in your carry-on luggage. -
Will the socks work at temperatures below 32℉/0℃?
Yes, they will still work well. However, if you’re going to spend a lot of time in sub-zero temperatures, we recommend you purchase spare batterires so you don’t run out of heat!

bought it for my wife, not true to it's size, very thick and heating element feels uncomfortable, definitely not for ski boots; don't count for an exchange or refund, once unpacked it's yours; ororo, you should do better

We would like to clarify that the socks cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. The batteries work fine but they are to low in the sock and the sock doesn’t close with a velcro or a zipper. The socks are warm but not at the toes.
