Customer service is good but the fact you have to pay for returns and then for replacement put an extra Ā£20 on the cost which Iām sure is illegal to pay for returns and replacements when purchased on line

Lovely jacket. I put it on for a walk then turn the heat on when we get home to help my elderly dogs sore joints .
Itās a well made dog coat. Itās a bit big on my 20lb dog but the XS wasnāt available. I was able to modify the one I got to make it work

Please make smaller sizes: (1) Back length 14 in and girth 20 in; (2) Back Lenght 8 in and girth 9 in. The smallest dogs need the most warmth! Thank you :)
