Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your ororo gear. If you need to make a return, please review our policy below:
- 30-Day Window: Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: To be eligible, items must be brand new, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Inspection: We reserve the right to inspect all returns. Items not in their original condition may be rejected.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exclusions: For hygiene and safety reasons, returns or exchanges are not available for chargers, socks, open-box items, or free gifts. All Final Sale and Outlet items are also ineligible for return or exchange.
How to Return
Step 1: Get in touch
Contact our support team at support@ororowear.com to initiate your return or exchange.
Step 2: Complete the RMA Form
We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
Step 3: Pack & Ship
Print the RMA form and include it inside your return package. Please ensure the items are securely packed.
Step 4: Processing
Once your package is received and inspected at our distribution centre, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned Product.
