Can I wear it on the plane or put it in carry-on bags?
Sure, you can wear it on the plane. All ororo heated apparel is TSA-friendly. All ororo batteries are lithium batteries and you must keep them in your carry-on luggage.

Will the heated apparel work at temperatures below 32℉/0℃?
Yes, it will still work well. However, if you’re going to spend a lot of time in sub-zero temperatures, we recommend you purchase a spare battery so you don’t run out of heat!

The vest was received very quickly. It was given as a birthday gift. When the recipient received it, the battery would not charge. Hoping this message can help put me in touch with the Ororo team to work on getting a replacement battery.
Only been a few days but working well so far.
I gave this as a gift to my sister. My other sister uses your vests everyday on her horse farm. She recommended your product having ordered them several years ago. No where in the ordering process did I see that chargers need to be purchased along with vest. Quite a disappointment when I found out that vest arrived without charger. I did not find it very clear that charger needed to be ordered separately. Possibly my mistake but I order enough things on line that usually there is a suggestion if something else is needed. don't think I will order from you again.
Purchased as a gift for my daughter. She is very happy with it.
