The jackets were great however, the service after receiving them was not could not get anybody to contact us back to try to send one back for a different size and still have not received responses after numerous emails and phone calls. Other than that. The jackets are great.
This jacket is warm and fits pretty well. I had to exchange as a Larege was far too big for me. It felt like I was going to constantly be trying to get it to stay on my shoulders. So a Medium is much better. I wish the length were a little shorter. I'm more of a fan of jackets that hit above my hips and find myself letting it be bunched and on my hips as opposed to pulled down. The hood is huge and I can't see when I put it on unless I use the "drawstrings" which isn't a total deal breaker because I'd want to keep it close to my head if it were up anyway. I do love and appreciate that the power button is more discreet and down low, as well as the light dims after choosing a preferred heat setting. All in all, it's comfortable to wear and I'm excited to add this jacket to my slowly growing collection of Ororo heated apparel. :)
I have to start by saying I had to return the jacket because it was too large (size L) but immediately I ordered a size M.
This jacket is a game changer for me. I live in Phoenix so we don't really have a winter lol but during my son's soccer practice I am always super cold. I bought sherpa lined booties, gloves, fleece lined pants, earmuffs, have a ton of scarves, but I kept feeling super cold. Enter Ororo. Thanks to my husband's boss, he saw the jacket on her at SLC when they were at 20F and immediately sent me a text: GET AN ORORO JACKET!
I complied lol and I am ecstatic about it!!! No more cold practices for this soccer mom!!!
