Review
Meets all my expectations in terms of tru to size, cute looking, lighweight, keeps me warm and the battery power works. Downside is the battery is a tad heavy - so go figure. Thank you.
This jacket is easily the warmest thing I’ve ever worn that isn’t bulky. I really appreciate how light it feels on my shoulders after long days.
I am usually a 12-14 and bought this in a L. Yes it fits, but it will be tight if worn over a hoodie. Plus the sleves could be about 1" longer. I also have a 4 zone heated vest and now realy appreciate the heating elements lower down on the front- this jacket would be improved by having the elements lower down near the pockets. I will keep this jacket ( I ordered it while on sale) but will probably get more wear out of the vest.
I just wanted to submit a review because I am so impressed with the customer service I experienced. I purchased a heated jacket in a size small for my daughter for a Christmas gift. When she received it- really loved it but wanted a larger size. I emailed for an exchange and it was the easiest process ever. I really want to get a jacket for myself now.
I find Ororo's sizing to be a bit off. I tried a Women's size M vest and it was too big, the heating wires on the back of the neck wouldn't get close enough to actually warm me up. So I sized down and got the jacket. It fits (I am NOT a size small!), though is a bit tight in the shoulders. It is fine for skiing. I wear it under my shell but on a cold day I find I need a second down jacket over it because there's no heat in the arms, and the down insulation is not that warm. I wish I could wear just one down jacket and have it meet my needs but that doesn't seem to be a thing.
