Unfortunately they have changed a few things since my last (current) Hi-Vis ororo, the hood is no longer removable and they have changed the pocket lining material to a microfiber style grabby uncomfortable thing, and the jacket itself is thinner and not as naturally warm, but i guess thats what the battery and heat pads are for!
They were awesome about understanding and acknowledging the return however, definitely still a great company and worth buying off, ill just stick with my old one.

Fantastic jacket this is the fourth one of these we've bought - 1 given away as gift and my husband and I both wear them. This purchase was a new one for my husband - last jacket lasted 3 years of continual wear for work and weekends - he worn the zip out- only reason for replacement.
These are just the warmest jackets, they wear exceptionally well and wash well and are comfortable fit well and look great. happy Happy repeat customer.

Such a good fit, comes with a good little bag to put it inside of. Not too bulky
