Excellent!
I received the white coat as a Christmas gift in 2024. It was the best gift ever. I ordered the pink coat not really sure if the color was what I wanted. However, it is great. It blends with many other colors. I love the heated pockets. The heat on the back is wonderful. In addition, the coats wash well. Wonderful buy!

The only reason it received the 4 was due to the bland color. I was hoping more for the yellow POP color as their previous style was. I also have the POP Orange jacket so I just wanted color options. Had I paid full price, I would have returned it, but the jacket is absolutely worth the "Open Box - Apparel Only" price point. Again - garmet itselt if amazing. Color is terrible.
