• 3-Year limited warranty on heating elements.
• 1-Year limited warranty on batteries.

Heated Accessories, Home & Pet (Socks, Gloves, Scarves, Seat Cushions, Hand Warmers and more):

• 1-Year limited warranty on both heating elements and batteries.

Authorized Channels

Purchases from Amazon or other authorized retailers are covered by a 1-year limited warranty on both heating elements and batteries.

Note: This warranty is non-transferable. Proof of purchase from au.ororowear.com or an authorized retailer is required for all warranty claims.

Open-Box Items

Open-box items are "change-of-mind" or "wrong-size" returns that have passed our stringent quality control procedure to ensure they are unworn and in perfect functioning condition.

Coverage: 6-month warranty on electronic components and batteries from the date of purchase.

Warranty is non-transferable and requires proof of purchase.

Gift Warranty

Received an ororo as a gift? We’ve got you covered:

• With Order Details: If you have the purchaser’s name, email, and order number, you enjoy the full original warranty. Simply fill out the [Warranty Claim Form] below.
• Without Order Details: Locate the S/N (Serial Number) beneath the care label. Use this number as your Order ID to [Register Your Warranty HERE] to enjoy a 1-year warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

While we stand by our quality, the following are not covered under our limited warranty:

• Normal Wear & Tear: Fading or damage to fabric, zippers, and other non-electrical components.
• Misuse & Negligence: Damage resulting from improper use, failure to follow washing instructions, accidents (including flood or fire), or unauthorized service.
• Modifications: Unauthorized personal customizations, such as third-party embroidery or altering the garment’s structure, will void the warranty.
• Commercial Use: This warranty applies to personal use only.

Legal Note: ororo shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages (including water damage) resulting from the use of the product.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

How to Claim

We aim to make the claim process as smooth as possible.

1. Assessment: ororo reserves the right to repair, replace, or provide store credit for any valid warranty claim.

2. Shipping: During the warranty process, you may be required to mail in your product. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns and replacements.

3. Submit a Claim: Please fill out the Warranty Claim Form below.

Response Time: Our customer service team will review your request and get back to you within 48 hours.
