My wife and I bought these for our ski trip to Niseko in early Feb 2026. Daytime temps on mountain were between -9c and -1c, with some very windy days. Overall we’re very satisfied with the gloves and consider them very good value for money compared with other gloves that are three times the price (although we haven’t tried those). We bought spare batteries which made all the difference in very cold conditions, allowing us the luxury to have the heating on high. In moderate conditions the gloves kept our hands warm without being turned on, so they are pretty capable on their own, and with the heating turned on we never had cold fingers (compared to our cold toes - heated socks are the next purchase). Only gripe is the gauntlet clould be looser to enable easier fit over the ski jacket sleeve. It was a very tight fit and my wife felt she couldn’t get her hand fully into the glove as the gauntlet was pushing against her jacket sleeve. Overall we would definitely recommend the gloves as a budget solution for cold fingers, and will definitely consider additional purchases such as the socks.
