Replacement was efficient and Ororo made it easy

I called Ororo because the battery in my vest - that I'd had for 3 months - did not seem to be lasting as long as it should have even when fully charged to start. The people I dealt with were friendly & professional & made it easy for me to exchange my battery for a new one. Great customer service! Glad I chose Ororo when I decided to purchase a heated vest, recommended by a friend who has one.

A Godsend for my MIL

We bought this for my MIL who suffers from chronic hypothermia. She wears it daily (we swap batteries midday) and it’s been a lifesaver (literally!) for her. Recently, the button on her vest stopped working and we had to replace the vest since it was (just!) outside the 3-year warranty. I would love to see an option to replace or repair the button (or whatever repair is needed) since the heating elements were still working fine. Seems like it would be an easy fix rather than buying a whole new vest.
